課程概述 This course provides students with the basic training in mechatronics skills. Students taking this course will learn the functions of some frequently used mechatronics components and their applications.

中文課程大綱 一、機電整合實務技術重點介紹
二、自動化設備電路結構與組成元件
三、自動化設備電路元件與各項工具介紹:各式開關及三用電錶等
四、電路元件功能說明與實作
實作1:保險絲、有段式按鈕與選擇性開關、指示燈串與並聯迴路。
(量測串聯時各燈電壓值)
實作2:選擇性開關組成邏輯電路(樓梯間燈迴路)
實作3:馬達起動停止電路(選擇開關,電流錶,指示燈)
實作4:馬達起動停止電路(繼電器,接鈕開關)
(自保電路,啟動顯示,馬達過電流保護並接過電流指示燈)
實作5:雙計時器控制兩顆燈交替閃爍
感測元件功能說明與實作
實作6:光電、近接、磁簧開關接法
實作7:PLC I/O接法及程式輸寫
