| 課程概述 |
透過課程之講述，使學生了解長期照顧之跨領域專業團隊實務運作，以長期照顧團隊合作模式，提供學生認識各專業之角色與功能，並了解團體運作合作模式之實務與議題，進而培養學生具備尊重各專業、全人關懷，且符合職場理論實務兼具之長期照顧服務團隊成員。
The course focuses on the advanced perspectives of the integrated long-term care, the cooperation of team work. The students can be familiar with the professional roles and functions in the team of long-term care and understand the practices in workplace. Then the students can respect each professional and work as a team in the facilities of long-term care.

＊個人專題報告：
1.依照長期照護個案，選定一種照顧模式(在宅、社區或機構)，完成團隊角色功能的闡述。
2.可以選定目前在職場所接觸的個案，或依個人興趣決定個案接受照顧的情靖。
3.書面報告以power point方式呈現，限定10至30張投影片。
