專案無所不在，專案知識與管理技能如何靈活運用，可成為專案成敗的關鍵。
應用英語系最容易遇見的專案莫過於專題報告與簡報。本課程幫助學生了解專案管理，更嚴謹、有系統的方法進行專案的控管，讓專案能夠妥善處理人力與經費、時程不拖延，提升成功的機率和管理的績效，交出高品質的成果。
