本科目目標在協助學生了解幼兒的健康照顧與安全管理，熟悉幼兒健康照顧之基本知能及常見
幼兒安全之認識與預防。主要內容包含 :
一、熟悉幼兒健康照顧之基本知能
二、介紹幼兒健康促進與保健
三、學習幼兒急救之知識與技能
四、瞭解幼兒可能發生的事故傷害及其預防與照護
五、瞭解幼兒意外事件發生時的緊急處理原則
六、藉由實務課程與小組報告的訓練與經驗，使其具備幼兒急救的知識與技能

| 中文課程大綱 |
1. 介紹幼兒健康照護與保健，其重點包含以下項目:
(1) 認識幼兒健康照護工作，再針對幼兒日常生活所需的基本照護做介紹
(2) 介紹幼兒健康促進之各項保健工作，如：口腔保健、視力保健、心理健康、預防接種及成
人對藥物應有之認識等
(3) 介紹園所衛生保健:包含健康教學、飲食衛生及教保人員對學習環境的規劃與維護及幼兒
園環境衛生促進
(4) 介紹幼兒疾病照護:除介紹一般常見問題之處置外，並介紹常見疾病及傳染性疾病之照護
與用藥方式
2.介紹幼兒可能發生的事故傷害及其預防與照護，其重點包含以下項目:
(1) 創傷及出血急救
(2) 幼兒灼燙傷意外事件發生時的緊急處理
(3) 幼兒肌肉、骨骼、關節傷害急救
(4) 幼兒過敏反應、熱衰竭、凍傷、休克時的緊急處理
(5) 幼兒中毒意外事件發生時的緊急處理
(6) 幼兒熱性痙攣、中暑、體溫過低、脫水時的緊急處理
(7) 幼兒蚊蟲咬傷和叮傷、耳朵和鼻子裡有異物時的處置方式
(8) 幼兒各系統急症及其預防與照護
(9) 幼兒園之安全之規畫與機制建立
3.藉由實務課程的訓練與經驗，使其具備幼兒急救的知識與技能，其重點包含以下項目:
(1) 幼兒呼吸道異物梗塞時的急救處理
(2) 幼兒心肺復甦術

1. Introduce health care and health protection of young children, with the following items:
(1) Introduce the work of health care for young children, and basic care needed for their daily life
(2) Introduce various health care activities for promoting young children's health
(3) Introduce the health care programs in preschools
(4) Introduce disease care of young children
2. Introduce the accidental injuries of young children and how to prevent and take care of it when occur in young children, including the following items:
(1) Trauma and first aid of bleeding
(2) Emergency treatment of children with burns and accidents
(3) First-aid of muscles, bones, and joints injury of young children
(4) Emergency treatment of children with allergic reactions, heat exhaustion, frostbite, and shock
(5) Emergency treatment in the event of a poisoning accident of young children
(6) Emergency treatment of children with fever, heatstroke, hypothermia and dehydration
(7) Disposal of mosquito bites and bruises in young children, foreign bodies in the ears and noses
(8) Emergency prevention and care of young children
(9) Establishment of safety planning and mechanism in preschools
3. With the training and practical experiences, it provides knowledge and skills of early childhood first aid, and it includes the following items:
(1) Emergency treatment of foreign body infarction in children with respiratory tract
(2) Cardiopulmonary resuscitation of young children.
