| 課程概述 |
本課程旨在介紹生技產業中特定領域之規範及相關議題。從專利法中之活體可專利性要件開始，進而動物實驗最終至人體試驗相關倫理考量及產業規範。This seminar course aims to introduce regulations in certain key areas in Bio-industry, from the onset of patentability of living organisms, animal test and human trials to the ethical concerns and industrial applications.
