| 課程概述 |
本課程對於包括數位匯流、物聯網、人工智慧、能源科技、精準醫療等領域之前瞻技術進展，對應應備之法制建構與法律議題，進行全面性之析介。
This seminar provides a comprehensive introduction to advanced technologies including, but not limited to, digital convergence, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), energy tech, and precision medicine, and their corresponding policies and legal issues.

本課程規劃為一學期之課程，前半部將講授科技法政策與總論，後半部則分從各前瞻技術領域，先概述我國現狀，再透過國際相關實務，反思我國應有之法制整備。授課重點概為：（一）第1-2周：科技法政策與總論；（二）第3-6周：數位匯流與物聯網；（三）第7-8周：人工智慧與智慧機械；（四）第10-12周：再生能源與智慧電網；（五）第13-14周：精準醫療與生物科技；（六）第15-17周：智慧財產。
