課程概述 |
Organizational behavior studies the influence that individuals, groups, and structure have on behavior within organizations. In today’s increasingly competitive and demanding workplace, managers can’t succeed on their technical skills alone. They also have to have good people skills. This course is intended for helping both managers and potential managers to develop those people skills. By the end of the semester you will: 1. be able to understand the basic theories of Organizational Behavior 2. be able to analyze human behavior in practice by using the theoretical model in Organizational Behavior. 3. be able to present behavior analysis results in a way that decision makers who may not know Organizational Behavior can understand easily. 4. be able to transfer the human behavior analysis into information and to develop corporate managerial decisions
