| 課程概述 |
「領導」為帶領組織朝目標與願景前進之人際互動程序；而「決策」係「領導」的核心，是有效「領導」的本質；「領導」的精髓就是做出好「決策」，並加以應用。有鑑於此，本課程除涵蓋「領導」及「決策」相關理論及特質等所有面向外，尤著重於「領導與企業分析」、「領導與經營管理」、「決策矩陣」、「人事決策、策略決策及危機決策」與個案分析及情境演練等實務內容，特適用於企業界或任一著重績效之組織團隊。藉由本課程之學習，可有效掌握：如何領導團隊、做出明智決策，以確保組織之良好運作，並提升企業經營之競爭力。
