課程概述 This course aims to provide a guide to developing the essential English in business and principle in language using. Through each topic, the learners learn the skills of the professional English in hospitality and how to interact with a guest comfortably.
Teach with the teaching aids, such as audio-visual
aid of multimedia, divide students into groups and practice, and discuss with each other. Place the same stress both on listening and speaking in order to reach the professional goal of fostering and training in English.
