本課程內容主要在電腦與多媒體應用於語言教學課程，翻轉學習助提升學習動機和學習效率。本課程包括下列主題：
(1) 介紹英語多媒體教學相關之學術理論與基礎
(2) 介紹各項英語多媒體與電腦在英語教學上之運用原則
(3) 評估探討現有之英語多媒體及電腦輔助教與學之教材
