| 課程概述 |
This course aims to help course participants understand the theoretical and practical issues of corpus linguistics. The theoretical issues involve understanding of critical aspects of language features and varieties, and key methods in corpus linguistics. The practical issues involve the learning of corpus analytical packages (e.g. WordSmith) and the programming language (e.g. R language) for corpus-based analysis. The course facilitates essential learning of knowledge and analytical skills needed to engage in corpus-based studies realized in MA theses.
