| 課程概述 |
本課程旨在為計畫在畢業前進行大學部研究專題的學生提供餐旅商務領域
所使用的研究方法和統計技能的基礎知識。本課程將涵蓋採用定量和定性
方法的研究過程。修課學生對操作SPSS軟體必須具有基本的理解。This
course is designed to provide foundation knowledge of research methods and
statistical skills used in hospitality business fields for undergraduate students who
plan to conduct undergraduate research projects required before graduation. This
course will cover research processes employing quantitative and qualitative
methods. Knowledge of basic understanding in using SPSS software is necessary.
