本課程主要在探討跨國商務契約之特性及實務，尤其以跨國性之買賣契約作為研析核心，並剖析其他常用國際商務契約，從而論述企業面對契約風險之管理。
The essentiality of this course is mainly to make a study of the characteristics and practice on international business contracts, particularly, to focus on transnational sale contracts, also analyze other types pf international business contracts, and then further address the management of the risks arising from international business contracts.
