本課程旨在引導同學善用建立共同願景、團隊學習、改變心智模式、自我超越及系統思考等五項策略，強化敏覺力、流暢力、變通力、獨創力及精密力等五項思維，來進行組織學習與創新。理念輔以實例，分組研討及經驗分享，來提升組織學習與創新的知能。
